Peer Review Process

To ensure this, we use a blind review, which means that the identities of reviewers and authors hide each other during the review process and make it easier for reviewers to focus on the text without being affected by preconceived ideas and the author or institution.

More specifically, our editorial process is as follows:

  1. Initial screening. All submissions initially filtered by the Editor for compliance with the scope and basic filing requirements. Manuscripts that have not conformed to the ethical standards and scope of the journal immediately rejected.
  2. Reviewer task. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening then submitted to the editor section, which will select relevant reviewers and begin the peer review process. The reviewer will evaluate the contents of the text and provide their recommendations to the Editor.
  3. Accept with minor revisions. This decision means that the manuscript requires small changes to be accepted. When a paper receives a small revision decision, it may not send for the second round of peer review; usually, the editor passes the revision and gives final approval. However, keep in mind that this decision does not guarantee immediate acceptance. The manuscript will be accepted if the editor is satisfied with the changes made.
  4. Accept with major revisions. The decision was taken when a text needs to be corrected thoroughly and correctly before it can be accepted. Authors must submit revised manuscripts along with point-by-point responses to reviewers' comments. The revised text is likely to be sent for the second round of peer review. Authors who did not correct the manuscript according to the recommendations of the reviewers satisfactorily, further revisions will be needed, or the paper rejected.
  5. Publication. Manuscripts accepted for publication, the paper received then returned to the author for editing and final checking of the language and contents; change is only to improve the readability of articles without reducing the substance content. The authors must immediately return the text and then review it by the editorial board and then publish it.
