Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Temanku Logistic. The research approach used is a quantitative method, and the data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees at PT. Temanku Logistic, which were then analyzed to produce the research findings. The data analysis techniques used in this study include instrument testing, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis was examined using the t-test, which indicated that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The result of the simple linear regression analysis yielded the equation: Y = 186.505 + 3.126X. This result shows that financial compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Temanku Logistic.
