The Influence of Work Facilities and Work Discipline on the Performance of Village Officials in Mambulillin Village, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency

Abstract
This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research method. This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Facilities and Work Discipline on the Performance of Mambulillin Village Apparatus, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. The population in this study were all employees and officials of Mambulillin Village, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency, then a sample of 12 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using the SPSS version 26 application, namely the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: Work Facilities variables affect Employee Performance with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. Work Discipline affects Employee Performance with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. Simultaneously with a significance of 0.002 <0.05, meaning that Work Facilities and Work Discipline affect Employee Performance. While the results of the R square test were 76.1% of work facilities and work discipline variables together on Employee Performance. The remaining 23.9% were not included in this study.
