Abstrak

The objectives of this research to determine the effect of communication on improving employee performance, to determine the effect of motivation on increasing employee performance to determine the effect of teamwork on improving employee performance, to determine simultaneously Communication, Motivation and Teamwork on increasing employee performance at Toko Indra Depo Gedung Makassar. The data obtained in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models. The research results prove, 1) The coefficient value of the communication variable is 0.091 with a value of tcount > ttable (2.858>1.991) and a significance level of 0.003<0.1 which has a significant influence on employee performance. 2) It is known that the coefficient value of the motivation variable is 0.164 with a value of tcount > ttable (2.370>1.991) and a significant level of 0.001<0.05 that motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. 3) It is known that the coefficient value of the teamwork variable is 0.385 with a value of tcount>ttable (4.644>1.991), a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 on employee performance interest.
