Abstract

This study aims to examine innovations in human resource management (HRM) within digital education through a literature review from both global and local perspectives. By analyzing scholarly works published in the last five years, the study reveals a significant paradigm shift in educational HRM practices driven by digital transformation. Practices such as e-recruitment, digital learning, and performance evaluation are increasingly adopted worldwide, particularly in developed countries. In Indonesia, similar innovations are emerging but still face challenges such as infrastructure limitations, regulatory gaps, and organizational culture. This review concludes that successful implementation of digital HRM requires strategic policy support, continuous training, and adaptive leadership.
