PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether compensation and work motivation affect employee performance at the one-door integrated service investment office of South Sulawesi. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were employees at the agency office with a total of 83 people. and the sampling technique used was a saturated sample where the entire population was used as a research sample. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaire data, and documentation. The data were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 26 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously compensation and motivation on employee performance at the one-door integrated service investment office of South Sulawesi province. The coefficient of determination with the acquisition of r square 0.391 means that the compensation and motivation variables are able to influence employee performance by 39.1%.
