Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy on financial management among millennial generation workers at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara Perkebuanan Nusantara XIV Makassar. Meanwhile, the secondary data is from previous research journals. The population in this research is millennial generation workers at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar City with a population of 42 people with an age limit of 17 – 37 years. The data analysis used is hypothesis testing, correlation testing, and simple linear regression testing using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that the financial literacy variable has no effect on financial management of millennial generation workers at PT. Perkebuanan Nusantara XIV Makassar.
