Abstract

BNI Agen46 is a financial service initiative by Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) that enables individuals or legal entities, through formal partnerships, to act as banking agents for delivering financial services to the wider community. Serving as an extension of BNI branch offices, Agen46 facilitates a wide range of banking transactions in locations that are more accessible and convenient for users. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, this study finds that the implementation of BNI Agen46 contributes to increased efficiency, transparency, and user convenience in digital banking transactions. Nevertheless, key challenges—particularly limited digital literacy and inadequate technological infrastructure—remain pressing issues. Strengthening collaboration between academic institutions, financial service providers, and students is vital to accelerate the adoption of digital payment systems within higher education environments.
