Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class This research is Classroom Action Research, which consists of 2 cycles. The research subjects were 20 students. Increasing student learning outcomes in learning by applying the PAIKEM strategy in cycle I showed that 12 students out of 20 students had completed their studies and 8 students had not yet completed it. Calculating the completion of learning was only 60% with an average score of 76.7, while in cycle II it was known that 20 students from 20 students have completed their studies and there are no students who have not completed their studies with an average score of 87.85. The results in the second cycle are classically students have finished studying, because students who get a score of 100% or 20 students
