Abstract
This research aims to elucidate the implementation of the Pancasila student profile through strengthening the character of junior high school students in Makassar City. The method used in this study employs the Systematic Literature Review method, where literature study can be interpreted as a series of activities related to the method of collecting literature data, reading, note-taking, and processing research materials. This study examines 5 research journals. The Pancasila student profile strengthening project is a project-based co-curricular activity designed to reinforce efforts in achieving competencies and character. The results of this research indicate that the Pancasila Student Profile is one of the policies supporting the realization of national education goals and the continuation of the character strengthening program for junior high school students in Makassar City. Through the implementation of the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile, namely faith and piety to God Almighty, global diversity, independence, mutual cooperation, critical thinking, and creativity, integrated into the seven themes of the Pancasila student profile in Phase D, it is hoped that junior high school students in Makassar City will become intelligent and character-filled individuals capable of facing 21st-century challenges. The strategy for developing the Pancasila student profile is carried out through integration into formal educational activities, including intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities packaged in the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5). Through the implementation of this Pancasila student profile, it is expected to build superior and globally competitive character in junior high school students in Makassar City.
