Abstract
This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile through the Driving School Program in developing students' entrepreneurial spirit. And this research also analyzes supporting factors, obstacles and efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile through the Driving School Program in developing students' entrepreneurial spirit at SDN 135 Inpres Pasuleang. This research was carried out at SDN 135 Inpres Pasuleang, Takalar Regency. This research uses a qualitative analytical approach or method with case studies. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation interviews and triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation, discussion and conclusions. Data was obtained from primary and secondary data, namely interviews with informants, observations, documentation and government, publications, and so on. The research results show that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile at SDN 135 Inpres Pasuleang is realized through various habituation learning activities, namely routine habituation, programmed habituation and spontaneous habituation. This habituation learning is applied by promoting local culture, sustainable living and entrepreneurship. This is supported by driving school program interventions, namely consultative and asymmetric assistance, strengthening school human resources, new paradigm learning, data-based planning, and school digitalization. And other support is the positive collaboration of school principals, teachers, school committees and the community, BOS performance assistance and ICT assistance from special school mobilization centers and assistance in building buildings with several adequate rooms. Even though there are obstacles faced, such as: obstacles due to the maturity level of students at SDN 135 Inpres Pasuleang who still have difficulty understanding the concept of entrepreneurship, especially in the lower grades, the second obstacle comes from environmental
factors outside the classroom, when working on the school building for almost 2 years in a row, natural conditions and mutations Teacher. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile through the Mobilizing School Program at SDN 135 Inpres Pasuleang in developing students' entrepreneurial spirit in habituation activities, there are activities that are directly related to entrepreneurial development, there are also learning that is general in nature, not yet directly related to entrepreneurship. The 5 interventions of the Driving School Program are only new paradigm learning that is in line with the development of an entrepreneurial spirit, this can be done in intracurricular, extracurricular and positive cultural learning. Because the new paradigm learning intervention is a unit of learning in the classroom and outside the classroom. And what can be attempted is to optimize the entrepreneurship theme material in the upper grades of class 6 and increase the number of varied entrepreneurship learning projects.
