Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence service quality, academic culture and lecturer performance have on student satisfaction in the fourth semester of economics education at Patompo University, Makassar. How big is the simultaneous influence of service quality, academic culture, and lecturer performance on the satisfaction of fourth semester economic education students at Patompo University, Makassar. The dominant variable that influences the satisfaction of fourth semester economics education students at Patompo University. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this research was students in the fourth semester of economics education at Patompo University, Makassar, totaling 53 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis using the SmartPLS 4 program. The results of this research indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. This can be seen through the t-statistic value of 2,069>1.67, and the p-values of 0.003<0.05. Academic culture has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. This can be seen through the t-statistic value of 2,569>1.67, and the p-values of 0.002<05. Lecturer performance has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. This can be seen through the t-statistic value of 3,704>1.67, and the p-values of 0.000<0.05.
