Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of using e money on student consumptive behavior in Economic Education students at Patompo University. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The population of this study were all students of Economic Education at Patompo University, totaling 231 students with a sample size of 146 students. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of using e money on students' consumptive behavior of 3.33%, and the consumptive behavior of students arising from the use of electronic money was not considering the function / use, consuming goods excessively, prioritizing wants over needs, and there was no priority scale.
