Abstract
The method of giving tasks is the most effective method used by teachers in the process of teaching. The assignment will make students work according to the time given. Most students spend a lot of time in regular routines. As parents think that learning time is not enough, but basically the student himself does not use his or her learning time well a lot of time is wasted and ineffective and efficient. Where, time determines the quality of learning and affects learning outcomes. The type of research used is experimental research and aims to figure out how to find out the cause and effect of two phenomena. The subject of the research is a student of class VI SD Tg Stone Majene. Techniques such as interviews and angles. (kusesioner). Data analysis techniques using Paired Sample Test. The results of the study show that there is an influence of the method of assignment of tasks on the study time of students of class VI SD No. 4 Tg of stone. The contribution of the variable X to the influence variable Y can be read from the value of the determination coefficient. Results of the determination coefficient calculation contributed or had a positive impact on student learning time of 15.263%.
