Informasi mengenai pedoman penulisan artikel dan prosedur pengiriman artikel terdapat pada setiap penerbitan. Semua artikel yang masuk akan melalui <em>‘peer-review process’</em> setelah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai pedoman penulisan artikel. The method used is action research (action research) Kimis &amp; Mc Tagrt. Subjects collected 25 students. Data collection procedures through observation, tests and documentation were then analyzed using descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the results of the observation of learning activities increased from 77.88% in the first cycle and increased to 88.45% in the second cycle. In addition, the test results also showed an increase in learning completeness from 32% in the first cycle to 84% in the second cycle. This research is comprehensive research (PTK). This research sample consists of students from class IV, consisting of 20 people. The data player is carried out through specific tests before and after the use of poster media and observations during the Teaching and Learning process. RESULTS: Research shows that there are significant differences in students' learning outcomes after using poster media. On average, the post-test is higher than the pre-test, which means that poster media is good for increasing understanding and retention of social studies material among students. In addition, poster media can also attract and motivate students to learn. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that teachers consider the use of poster media as one of the alternatives in teaching and learning methods to achieve student learning outcomes.</p> Nurfaida Kasfiah Nurdin Muh. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to explore students' perceptions through interviews and observations. The results revealed that all students agreed that practicum enhances practical knowledge that cannot be obtained solely through theory. To test this, a partial least squares (PLS) analysis was conducted using a research sample of the last 36 months, consisting of trade balance, money supply, interest rates, and inflation as mediating variables toward the exchange rate. The findings indicate differences in the effects of the three exogenous variabels on the endogenous variable, both in direct and indirect testing. Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Makassar. Dalam memperoleh tenaga kerja yang berkulitas, perusahaan perlu menerapkan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 61 responden yang merupakan karyawan Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Makassar.Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 &lt; 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung 3,299 &gt; t-tabel 2,001.Variabel seleksi juga berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010 &lt;0,05 dan nilai t-hitung 2,652 &gt; t-tabel 2,001. Secara simultan, rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sigifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05 dan F-hitung 18.012 &gt; F-tabel 3,16. This study is a quantitative study. The number of samples is 30 people and the data collection used is a questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) The Service Quality variable influences consumer purchase interest with a significance of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. (2) The promotion variable influences consumer purchase interest with a significance of 0.001 &lt; 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, with a significance of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, meaning that service quality and promotion influence consumer purchase interest. The coefficient of determination was 65.1%. Service quality and promotion both influenced consumer purchasing intention. The remaining 34.9% were not included in this study. This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Facilities and Work Discipline on the Performance of Mambulillin Village Apparatus, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency. The population in this study were all employees and officials of Mambulillin Village, Mamasa District, Mamasa Regency, then a sample of 12 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using the SPSS version 26 application, namely the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: Work Facilities variables affect Employee Performance with a significance of 0.002 &lt;0.05. Work Discipline affects Employee Performance with a significance of 0.002 &lt;0.05. Simultaneously with a significance of 0.002 &lt;0.05, meaning that Work Facilities and Work Discipline affect Employee Performance. While the results of the R square test were 76.1% of work facilities and work discipline variables together on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through a questionnaire survey distributed to hotel employees. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS version 27 with a series of statistical tests such as the t-test and F-test to test the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the t-test indicate that Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.447 and a significance value (Sig.) of .037. In addition, Work Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.667 and a significance value (Sig.) of 0.011. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with an F count value of 12.025 and a significance (Sig.) of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.471 indicates that approximately 47.1% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by Transformational Leadership Style and Work Motivation. Data were taken from 30 respondents. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, instrument test, simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation test, partial test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the instrument test showed valid and reliable data. The results of data analysis showed Y = 3.933+0.529X, which means that every 1 unit increase in transformational leadership style score will cause an increase in employee performance of 0.529 at a constant 3.933. This study found a correlation coefficient of 0.709, which means that the strength of the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance at Catering Sekar Service is interpreted as strong. This study found a coefficient of determination of 0.503, which means that the contribution or contribution of transformational leadership style to employee performance at Catering Sekar Service is 0.503 or 50.3% very significant, while the rest is contributed by other independent variables that are not examined. This study found t-test results (5.327 &gt; 2.04), which means that the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance at Catering Sekar Service is very significant. Temanku Logistic. The research approach used is a quantitative method, and the data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees at PT. Temanku Logistic, which were then analyzed to produce the research findings. The data analysis techniques used in this study include instrument testing, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis was examined using the t-test, which indicated that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The result of the simple linear regression analysis yielded the equation: Y = 186.505 + 3.126X. This result shows that financial compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Kota Makassar https://ojs.unpatompo.ac.id/index.php/jie/article/view/522 <p><em> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan penghargaan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kota Makassar pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif kemudian data yang diperoleh hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan di PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kota Makassar dengan populasi sebanyak 150 orang serta teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen, analisis statistik deskriptif ,asumsi klasik , analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis untuk mendeskripsikan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan hipotesis adalah menggunakan analisis hasil uji t .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1)Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t hitung (4,496) &gt; t tabel (2,003) dengan Signifikan 0.004&lt;0,05. (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t hitung (2,820) &gt; t tabel (2,003) dengan Signifikan 0.000 &lt;0,05.(3) Penghargaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t hitung (4,692) &gt;t tabel (2,003) dengan signifikan 0.002 &lt; 0,05 .(4) secara simultan,Kompetensi, motivasi dan penghargaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.
