Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Desa Sengka Kecamatan Bontonompo Selatan Kabupaten Gowa

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Sengka Kec. Bontonompo Selatan Kab. Gowa. Terdapat dua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh karyawan di kantor desa sengka kec. Bontonompo Selatan Kab. Gowa yang berjumlah 50 orang. Untuk memperoleh data, menggunakan kuesioner dengan bobot skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik yaitu uji instrumen, asumsi klasik, deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana melalui uji SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan di kantor Desa Sengka.

This study aims to determine the increase in activity and learning outcomes through the application of blended learning in social studies subjects during the Covid-19 pandemic for class VII SMPN 4 Satap Segeri, Pangkep Regency. The method used is action research (action research) Kimis & Mc Tagrt. Subjects collected 25 students. Data collection procedures through observation, tests and documentation were then analyzed using descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the results of the observation of learning activities increased from 77.88% in the first cycle and increased to 88.45% in the second cycle. In addition, the test results also showed an increase in learning completeness from 32% in the first cycle to 84% in the second cycle. Thus, it can be said that blended learning in Social Studies subjects for class VII SMPN 4 Satap Segeri, Pangkep Regency is able to increase student activity and learning outcomes.

Penggunaan Media Poster Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Pada Peserta Didik Kelas IV SDN No 25 borong Uttie Kabupaten Sinjai

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of poster media in improving social learning outcomes (IPS) in students of Grade IV SDN No. 25 Borong Uttie, Kabupateո Siոjai. This research is comprehensive research (PTK). This research sample consists of students from class IV, consisting of 20 people. The data player is carried out through specific tests before and after the use of poster media and observations during the Teaching and Learning process. RESULTS: Research shows that there are significant differences in students' learning outcomes after using poster media. On average, the post-test is higher than the pre-test, which means that poster media is good for increasing understanding and retention of social studies material among students. In addition, poster media can also attract and motivate students to learn. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that teachers consider the use of poster media as one of the alternatives in teaching and learning methods to achieve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to identify the impact of applying practicum methods in enhancing the accounting knowledge of students at Universitas Patompo. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to explore students' perceptions through interviews and observations. The results revealed that all students agreed that practicum enhances practical knowledge that cannot be obtained solely through theory. Student quotes such as: "With practicum, we can directly experience how theory is applied in real situations." indicate that practicum strengthens understanding and readiness for the professional world.

This study confirms the theory that the lower a country’s inflation compared to a country with higher inflation, the stronger its currency value will be. To test this, a partial least squares (PLS) analysis was conducted using a research sample of the last 36 months, consisting of trade balance, money supply, interest rates, and inflation as mediating variables toward the exchange rate. The findings indicate differences in the effects of the three exogenous variabels on the endogenous variable, both in direct and indirect testing. These differences are most evident in the trade balance and interest rates.

Pengaruh Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Makassar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Makassar. Dalam memperoleh tenaga kerja yang berkulitas, perusahaan perlu menerapkan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 61 responden yang merupakan karyawan Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Makassar.Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai t-hitung 3,299 > t-tabel 2,001.Variabel seleksi juga berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010 <0,05 dan nilai t-hitung 2,652 > t-tabel 2,001. Secara simultan, rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sigifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan F-hitung 18.012 > F-tabel 3,16. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,383.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer purchase interest of robusta coffee at Pana' Market, Pana' District, Mamasa Regency. This study is a quantitative study. The number of samples is 30 people and the data collection used is a questionnaire and documentation. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) The Service Quality variable influences consumer purchase interest with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) The promotion variable influences consumer purchase interest with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that service quality and promotion influence consumer purchase interest. The coefficient of determination was 65.1%. Service quality and promotion both influenced consumer purchasing intention. The remaining 34.9% were not included in this study. The conclusion of this study is that service quality and promotion influence consumer purchasing intention at Pana' Market, Pana' District, Mamasa Regency.
