Furthermore, Indonesia as a pluralistic nation, because it has a variety of tribes, religions, languages, customs and cultures, joins and collaborates with each other, so that an Indonesian national identity is formed.</em></p> Nining Suryaningsih Yafendi Sitti Maryam Copyright (c) 2025 2025-06-20 2025-06-20 2 3 263 270 PENERAPAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE TAI (TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL SISWA KELAS VIII SMP-IT NURUL ASAFA TAKALAR https://ojs.unpatompo.ac.id/index.php/ijem/article/view/446 <p><em>This research is a classroom action research aimed at increasing the activity and learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMP-Islam Terpadu Nurul Asafa Takalar through the application of the Team Assisted Individualization learning model in the material of the Interaction of ASEAN Countries. The research subjects were 30 class VIII students consisting of 30 male students in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 school year. This classroom action research is motivated by the low activity of students which affects student learning outcomes, especially in the aspect of student activity in the classroom teaching and learning process. The reason is that they feel bored with the monotonous learning process and do not use a variety of learning methods. The solution to this problem is that the researcher offers to use the Team Assisted Individualization cooperative leraning method to be applied to students. This research was conducted in two cycles with eight meetings. The technique of collecting data on student learning activities is obtained through observation sheets, and student learning outcomes in the form of tests in the form of essay questions which are carried out at the end of each cycle. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. The results of data analysis showed that 1) Student activity showed an increase from cycle I to cycle II on each indicator. 2) The average value of student learning outcomes increased from 66.9 in cycle I to 87.3 in cycle II. Student learning completeness at the end of the first cycle was 50% and reached 93.3% in the second cycle. By analyzing scholarly works published in the last five years, the study reveals a significant paradigm shift in educational HRM practices driven by digital transformation. Practices such as e-recruitment, digital learning, and performance evaluation are increasingly adopted worldwide, particularly in developed countries. In Indonesia, similar innovations are emerging but still face challenges such as infrastructure limitations, regulatory gaps, and organizational culture. This review concludes that successful implementation of digital HRM requires strategic policy support, continuous training, and adaptive leadership.</em></p> Haery Mogat Alim Bahri Andi Baharuddin Suharto Muhlis Copyright (c) 2025 2025-08-06 2025-08-06 2 3 280 288 TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG PENERAPAN KURIKULUM DEEP LEARNING DI SD NURMIYAZAKI ISLAMIC CHARACTER SCHOOL MAKASSAR: PERSPEKTIF GURU DAN SISWA https://ojs.unpatompo.ac.id/index.php/ijem/article/view/449 <p><em>This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges and opportunities in implementing the deep learning curriculum at SD Nurmiyazaki Islamic Character School (NICS) Makassar. The deep learning approach in elementary education emphasizes the development of critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and reflective skills through meaningful and project-based learning. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal several major challenges, including limited teacher understanding of deep learning concepts, uneven student readiness, time constraints, and insufficient digital infrastructure. On the other hand, significant opportunities were identified, such as the flexibility of the national curriculum, advancements in educational technology, the digital native characteristics of students, and a school culture supportive of instructional innovation. This study recommends continuous teacher training, the provision of adequate digital learning facilities, and the strengthening of collaboration between schools, students, and parents to support the successful implementation of the deep learning curriculum.</em></p> Haery Mogat Alim Bahri Andi Baharuddin Suharto Muhlis Rahmat Endong Patompo Copyright (c) 2025 2025-08-06 2025-08-06 2 3 289 297 ANALISIS SWOT DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. RAGAM TANGGUH FORTINDO https://ojs.unpatompo.ac.id/index.php/ijem/article/view/463 <p><em>This study aims to analyze the application of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis as a strategy to improve employee performance at PT Ragam Tangguh Fortindo. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, which were then analyzed using the IFAS and EFAS matrices to formulate appropriate strategies. The results showed that the SWOT strategy proved effective in providing strategic direction in human resource development. The SO strategy encouraged innovation through employee involvement in strategic projects. The WO strategy helped overcome limitations in facilities and internal communication systems by leveraging digitalization opportunities. The WT strategy reduced workload and improved task distribution, and the ST strategy strengthened organizational stability through training and supportive leadership. Overall, the implementation of these strategies had a positive impact on increasing productivity, work efficiency, and employee satisfaction between 2024 and 2025.</em></p> Rizka Rayhana Andi Izatul Riski Aprilianti Dillah Faradillah Cristine Makatipu Copyright (c) 2025 2025-08-18 2025-08-18 2 3 298 309 PENGARUH KEAKTIFAN ORGANISASI INTRA SEKOLAH DAN PERILAKU SOSIAL TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PENGURUS OSIS SMA NEGERI 14 GOWA https://ojs.unpatompo.ac.id/index.php/ijem/article/view/465 <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of Student Activeness and Social Behavior on the Academic Achievement of Student Council (OSIS) administrators at SMA Negeri 14 Gowa. The background of this study is based on the importance of student involvement in intra-school organizations as a form of character building and self-potential development that can contribute to academic achievement. This type of research is quantitative using a survey method. The population in this study was all 36 student OSIS administrators at SMA Negeri 14 Gowa, who also served as the sample in this study. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results showed that Student Activeness and Social Behavior variables had a simultaneous effect on Academic Achievement, with a significance value of 0.001 and an F-value of 20.424. Partially, Student Activeness had a significant effect on Academic Achievement with a significance value &lt;0.001. Similarly, Social Behavior showed a significant effect with a significance value &lt;0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.278 indicates that student activity and social behavior contribute 27.2% to student academic achievement. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational activity and good social behavior are important factors supporting the academic achievement of student council administrators at SMA Negeri 14 Gowa.</em></p> Khaidarsyah Siti Halijah Copyright (c) 2025 2025-08-19 2025-08-19 2 3 310 325 PENGARUH PROSES REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. BANK BNI KANTOR CABANG UTAMA KOTA MAKASSAR https://ojs.unpatompo.ac.id/index.php/ijem/article/view/466 <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the recruitment and selection process on employee performance at PT. Bank BNI Makassar Branch Office. In determining the quality of the workforce recruited by the company, a good recruitment and selection process is required. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 61 respondents who are employees at Bank BNI Makassar Branch Office. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27 software. The results of the study indicate that, partially, the recruitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.002 &lt; 0.05 and a t-value of 3.299 &gt; t-table 2.001. Similarly, the selection variable also has a partial and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.010 &lt; 0.05 and a t-value of 2.652 &gt; t-table 2.001. Simultaneously, recruitment and selection significantly influence employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and an F-calculated value of 18.012 &gt; F-table 3.16. International contracts between different countries are included in the scope of international contracts.</em> <em>This study uses qualitative analysis methods to describe or explain the correlation between the use of contract theory aspects and international business. The data sources used are secondary data, namely books and journals related to the research theme. The approaches used are the absolute stages of theory analysis and the additional stages of theory analysis.</em> <em>The use of contract theory by international businesses has been outlined in two approaches, namely the Absolute Stages of Theory Analysis and the Additional Stages of Theory Analysis. The first approach refers to the theory that should be used by businesspeople when entering into cooperation contracts with other companies, while the second approach refers to the complementary theory used by businesspeople in the event of a dispute and when seeking compensation from the other party. The first approach uses the theories of freedom of contract, commercial custom, good faith, and force majeure, while the second approach uses the theory of liability that must be imposed on the party causing the loss and the theory of dispute resolution when a loss occurs, which is an alternative to resolving disputes outside of court. </em></p> Maulidya Permatasari Supratman Tajuddin Israwati Akib Sitti Maryam Sugianty Copyright (c) 2025 2025-08-19 2025-08-19 2 3 339 351 PENGARUH KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS DEBITUR KREDIT FLEKSI BNI ALAUDDIN MAKASSAR https://ojs.unpatompo.ac.id/index.php/ijem/article/view/478 <p><em>This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of BNI UIN Makassar Flexi Debtors and Service Quality on customer satisfaction of BNI UIN Makassar Flexi Debtors. As well as knowing and analyzing the influence of customer satisfaction and Service Quality simultaneously on customer loyalty of BNI UIN Makassar Flexi Debtors. This research approach uses quantitative research. The study was conducted on BNI Alauddin Makassar Flexi Credit Debtors with a population of BNI UIN Alauddin Makassar Flexi Credit Debtors totaling approximately 150 people in 2025. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Random sampling with certain conditions as the sample is 50 debtors, data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple regression techniques and t-test analysis and F Test using SPSS 26. The results of this study are; 1). The probability value of X1 is 0.000. This value is smaller than 0.05 or the calculated t value of 6.049&gt; t table 1.676 (n-1 = 49 alpha 5%) so it can be concluded that the Customer Satisfaction variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the BNI Alauddin Makassar Credit Debtor Loyalty variable. 2). The probability value of X2 is 0.001. This value is smaller than 0.05 or the calculated t value of 3.405&gt; t table 1.676 (n-1 = 49 alpha 5%) so it can be concluded that the Service Quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the BNI Alauddin Makassar Credit Debtor Loyalty variable. 3). The sig. value of the F test is 0.000 at a significance level of 0.05.
