Abstract

This research aims to find out how work motivation and job satisfaction influence the work productivity of employees at the Pantai Indah Mamuju Hotel. This type of research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Sampling used the census method with 20 members as respondents. Based on the research results, it was found that work motivation and job satisfaction were in the medium category. Work motivation has a positive influence on work productivity of 19.94% and job satisfaction has an influence on work productivity of 48.71%. Simultaneously, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on the work productivity of employees at the Pantai Indah Mamuju Hotel, namely 68.65%, which is included in the high category, ranging between 0.60-0.799. While the rest is influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that work motivation and job satisfaction influence the level of work productivity of employees at the Pantai Indah Mamuju Hotel.
