ANALISIS SWOT DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. RAGAM TANGGUH FORTINDO

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the application of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis as a strategy to improve employee performance at PT Ragam Tangguh Fortindo. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, which were then analyzed using the IFAS and EFAS matrices to formulate appropriate strategies. The results showed that the SWOT strategy proved effective in providing strategic direction in human resource development. The SO strategy encouraged innovation through employee involvement in strategic projects. The WO strategy helped overcome limitations in facilities and internal communication systems by leveraging digitalization opportunities. The WT strategy reduced workload and improved task distribution, and the ST strategy strengthened organizational stability through training and supportive leadership. Overall, the implementation of these strategies had a positive impact on increasing productivity, work efficiency, and employee satisfaction between 2024 and 2025.
