						Abstract
						
							Compensation and rewards become motivation in the company. There are complaints from employees about the compensation given by the company so that it affects employee productivity at work. This study analyzes the effect of compensation and rewards on employee productivity at PT. DEF. The purpose of this study is to determine whether compensation and rewards have a positive or negative impact on employee performance. The results of this study reflect that compensation is very important for employees, the amount of compensation is a measure of the value of employee work and employee job satisfaction. Conversely, the amount of compensation can affect employee work performance, motivation, and job satisfaction. The study states that compensation and rewards affect the work activities of PT.DEF staff.
