Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of folding bicycle product quality on consumer buying interest at the cheap Tonji shop, Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative method sourced from primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and questionnaires which were then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, namely the T test and F test with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of product quality (X) on interest. consumer buy (Y) at the Tonji Cheap Shop, Makassar City. This is proven by the Fcount value which is greater than Ftable (17.726 > 3.26) and the probability value is smaller than α (0.000>0.05). Meanwhile, in partial terms, there is a positive influence of product quality on consumer buying interest at the Tonji Cheap Shop, Mnakassar City, where the product quality variable has a t-value of 4.852 (P=0.000), so it can be concluded that the product quality variable has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest.
